WELCOME TO HEADtoFITA MASSAGE THERAPIES...
The
human body
has an amazing ability to heal itself. Knowing how the
body systems work individually and in synchronicity, one
gains a better perspective on how
self-healing
is promoted. This leads to a more productive life.
Massage therapy and all its modalities can be used to effectively treat
many different pathologies including chronic postural stress
and imbalances,
sports and
work-related injuries, neurological
conditions, repetitive strain or sudden physical injuries,
age-related degeneration, arthritis, and pregnancy-related
problems.
HEADtoFITA
is situated in downtown
Toronto,
conveniently located
across from
the
Wellesley subway
station. This studio-style treatment clinic is in a private home that offers a setting that is comfortable,
clean and quiet. Our goal is to create an environment that
promotes health, well-being and the rejuvenation of the
mind, body and soul.
We offer a wide variety of treatments and approaches to help you deal
with the many different conditions that can cause soft
tissue dysfunction. Our patients
range all ages, and in addition to
serving the members
of our local community, we
accommodate those that commute from the outlying areas of
Greater Toronto.
Everyone can benefit from massage therapy!

for you. We also provide each client with a wealth of
self-care information, including
stretch and strengthening exercises, that
will help to rehabilitate your body back to

Massage
therapy standards in Canada are the highest in the world.
In order to practice in Ontario, a

2 year college program. After
graduating with these achievements, a graduate must then
pass the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario written
and practical registration exams. This ensures the highest standards of
patient care possible.
