Frank Fita, RMT
I am a Registered Massage Therapist. I graduated in 2000 with a degree in Massage Therapy from the renowned Sutherland-Chan School of Massage in Toronto.
In addition to having over 20 years of therapeutic experience, I taught Massage & Aesthetics 2006-2008.
I am passionate about sharing my insights not only with patients, but new students that are interested in pursuing a career in this field.
Viewing the body as a whole, and looking beyond the symptoms for the root of a problem; I can explain to you how your body is responding to an injury or due to improper use or posture. I have developed the ability to break down and explain the complexities of the human body in a way that anyone can understand.
I continue to explore and implement new strategies for wellness.

My Mission
HEADtoFITA is situated in downtown Toronto, conveniently located across from the Wellesley subway station. This studio-style treatment clinic is in a private home that offers a setting that is comfortable, clean and quiet.
My goal is to create an environment that promotes health, well-being and the rejuvenation of the mind, body and soul.

Clients/patients range in all ages, and in addition to serving members of our local community, and those that commute from the outlying areas of Greater Toronto.
