Using specific techniques along with increased strong pressure, slow, deep and gentle massage techniques that works on the fascia, muscles and joints. It releases old muscular tensions, relaxes the joints loosens and stretches tight muscles and works therapeutically at the point where it is executed.

This massage can be focused on any particular area of the body causing pain or discomfort.
